Anusjka R.E. is a fun loving, compassionate mother of two, a wife and nurse. Anusjka R.E. was born in Trinidad and Tobago but has now made the UK her home. Anusjka also once lived with the debilitating condition called Sickle Cell Disorder and campaigns for increased awareness, testing, research and a cure for all.

She had a stem cell transplant in 2022 which cured her from the disorder.

Anusjka passionately believes that kids need to be taught about kindness just as they need to be taught about self-worth and personal safety.

In her debut self published book  the “Sid the Kindest Kid: SWEETS … sweets … SwEets!” , children’s author Anusjka R.E. takes a fun approach to teaching the kind principle of sharing. Inspired by her son, Anusjka penned “Sid the Kindest Kid” to show young readers the value of kindness. Using simple stanzas, her books unfolds charming stories that are relatable to young children.

Her second book in the series was 'Ben Learns to Be Kind' which is all about Sid the Kindest Kid being kind by standing up to a bully. Ben Learns to Be Kind opens the discussion about bullying and a kind way of dealing with a bully and teaching how kids can make friends.

Anusjka's next book will be out soon.

Anusjka hopes you enjoy all the books, printables and blog.
